WOW!
Parent’s Night Out was so successful that we reached our goal of $1500 in one night.

Jump!
Here is one great big THANK YOU for the 74 students that made the evening a success and came to play with us.
Here is another great big THANK YOU, for Ms. Kim, Mrs. Russell, and Mrs. Sharp. They were great and got elbow deep in slime when that activity was overrun by students who were leaving early. We had a few scheduling problems but we will get it all figured out for next year.
A great big THANK YOU, to Mr. Brandon and Ms. Sandra for the Kung Fu demonstration and allowing all the students the opportunity to break a board. They volunteered their time and supported us in our attemped to keep everyone moving and having fun for three hours.

Heart Throbbers
Another great big THANK YOU, to Mrs. Berg and the Heart Throbbers jump team. They put on a great show and turned ropes for the students so that they got the experience of jumping like pros. Mrs. Berg saw some potential in our jumpers and has invited them to join her at the YMCA to become a part of the team.
Finally, I would like to thank the parents. I planned Parent’s Night out for you, to thank you for all you do. I explained to the children that I was not asking for much, but that even a little could be difficult to come by in today’s economy. The American Heart Association is an organization that I believe in and that really puts the funds back where they are needed. They have given the school educational material and exercise equipment year after year. They don’t just tell you how to live a healthier life. They give you the tools.
I hope everyone enjoyed the evening as much as I did!
Thanks to all of you again,
Ms Robin
Your kids will love Parent’s Night Out as much as you!
On Thursday, March 4th from 6:00pm – 9:00pm we will have an evening of fun activities and entertainment for your kids. They will love jumping, playing, and creating in our gym. Meanwhile, you can enjoy a night out for yourself at any of the area’s restaurants or catch a movie right down the road.
WE WILL NOT PROVIDE FOOD, DRINK, or SNACKS. Please make sure that your child eats a full meal before they come, pack a snack and a drink for later in the evening. We don’t want any upset or hungry tummies! Be sure to pick them up on time so they get right to bed for some much needed rest, because we will keep their hearts happily and healthily playing all evening.
